Newly designed courtyard garden for newbuild houses with views of Prague.

The garden is fully enclosed and accessed only by the residents. The main area is formed by grass parterre with solitary trees in landscaped terrain and smaller trees or solitary bushes above the underground garage construction. The ground floor apartments with terraces that face the parterre are delineated from the public space by low planting of bushes, perennials and ornamental grasses.
